It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartment! 
Our apartment is equipped with smoke control system. In the case of smoking, those living in the apartment will be fined in an amount of 1000 UAH for violation. In case of repeated violation of the rules, the administration has the right to evict residents, regardless of the time of day, without refund of money paid for accommodation.
We remind you that ApartReserve apartments are not rented out to celebrate parties, birthdays, etc. 
According to the law of Ukraine “On ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population”, citizens are strictly prohibited to make loud sounds and play loud music daily from 22:00 to 8:00.  These rules apply to all apartment buildings, private houses, as well as restaurants, cafes and other public institutions located near residential premises.
